The challenge

As LaunchNotes moved upmarket, its B2B customers required enterprise-grade authentication such as SSO and SAML. Building and maintaining that in-house would have pulled engineering time away from core product development.

The solution

LaunchNotes adopted Auth0 for SSO and authentication, standing up a proof of concept in about an hour and reaching production in under three weeks. Auth0 handled password policies and SAML for the company's enterprise customers.

Typically in a feature build or implementation, things go from taking weeks to taking months, not the other way around. With Auth0, we saw meaningful time savings, and that we can invest back into new feature development that directly benefits our customers.
