ARIS needed to operate identity at scale while reducing the operational effort and cost of its legacy setup. Moving changes between environments took time, and running the environment required dedicated staff.
The solution
ARIS migrated its external identities to Auth0, using Universal Login and Actions to build and test custom user journeys. More than 16,000 external identities were migrated over a single weekend.

The results, in context
ARIS reported a 10x reduction in overall identity costs and an 80% reduction in the time to deploy custom user journeys, cutting deployment of new identity features from about five days to roughly 24 hours. Where two full-time employees were previously needed, a single administrator now manages the entire environment.
