The challenge

HP wanted to drive a company-wide behavior change toward more agile, iterative ways of working across a large, globally distributed workforce. Delivering consistent training and collecting feedback at that scale in a hybrid environment was difficult.

The solution

HP built its learning experience on Miro, using shared boards to train employees and gather structured feedback, and automating repetitive setup tasks such as board duplication, password setting, and link sharing.

We want to be more agile, open-minded, iterative, and have a dedicated space that fosters new ideas and innovation. Miro is the best tool to support those initiatives.
