The challenge

Crazy Compression is a family-owned, American-made compression sock brand. As retention became a priority, the founder found Klaviyo lacked the strategic support he needed to grow email and SMS into a leading channel.

The solution

Working with growth-marketing partner Aplo Group, Crazy Compression migrated to Sendlane to unify email, SMS, reviews, and forms on one platform with hands-on support.

When we first went over to Sendlane and jumped on that Slack channel, it was very hands-on, everybody's in it together.
