The challenge

JAMS, the world's largest private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, set out to relaunch its global web presence and needed to shed the constraints of its legacy on-premises CMS. The previous platform lacked the speed and flexibility the team needed, and JAMS wanted an agile, cloud-based platform that could keep pace with a high-volume content operation run by a small team.

The solution

JAMS selected Crownpeak's cloud-native Digital Experience Management (DXM) platform for its speed, ease of use and flexibility, hosted on AWS. The SaaS model removed infrastructure overhead and let the small in-house team build, publish and optimise pages on the fly, with implementation support from NMQ Digital and Crownpeak Professional Services.

Crownpeak makes us extremely agile. What could have taken hours and hours now happens in 15-20 minutes.

The results, in context

JAMS completed its site relaunch in seven months, versus the two years it had anticipated. Mobile traffic now accounts for 20% of total traffic, double the previous year, and search traffic (about half of all traffic) has nearly quadrupled in three years. Tasks that once took hours now take 15-20 minutes, and eliminating infrastructure upgrades freed the team to focus on digital transformation projects.
