The challenge

Bonusly, a peer-to-peer recognition platform, had built a patchwork of HRIS integrations in-house via APIs, SFTP, and SCIM. The process of building and maintaining them was cumbersome, with frequent support issues, bugs, and backwards-incompatible API changes.

The solution

Bonusly adopted Merge's HRIS Unified API to build and maintain its HRIS integrations.

I don't think we would have been able to build 20+ HRIS integrations over my 3 year tenure at Bonusly if we weren't using Merge. It's safe to say that Merge has accelerated our pace of building integrations by at least 20x.
