Case Study: The Ridge attributes an additional $2.5M in revenue to Shogun pages
Key results
The challenge
The Ridge Wallet, launched by Daniel and Paul Kane on Kickstarter in 2013, sells minimalist wallets to more than half a million customers worldwide. The team wanted to build and test funnel-specific pages and supplementary content that mapped to where each visitor was in the customer journey, without heavy reliance on developers.
The solution
The Ridge used Shogun Page Builder and Shogun's A/B testing to quickly build, duplicate, and test pages, including a top-of-funnel page called The Switch and supplementary product pages. The team changed the call to action on a third banner to educate customers about the product before directing them to a product page.
The results, in context
The revised call to action drove a 20X increase in click-through rate and lifted conversion rates for top-of-funnel traffic by 15%. Building supplementary pages to answer customer questions has likely led to an additional $2.5M in revenue, and the team continues to run further tests tailored to specific audiences.
