The challenge
Kalixia renews most of its provider contracts on a rotating annual basis, requiring thousands of digital documents on a tight schedule. Its existing Salesforce and Conga Composer workflow generated PDFs one document at a time, producing a five-day turnaround for 7,000 contracts. The solution
Kalixia adopted the Conga Advantage Platform while continuing to generate documents within Salesforce using Conga Composer and without modifying its complex, variable templates. The platform processes documents in simultaneous batches via the Conga API, and a single developer wrote the business logic needed to send and retrieve documents.
