The challenge

GEA Digital's Portal and App Factory team needed automated security scanning that fit into its CI/CD setup without requiring every developer to be a security or DevOps expert. Previous tooling such as Trivy Scanner was solid but demanded heavy integration effort and constant maintenance, which did not scale for the team.

The solution

GEA adopted Aikido for its developer-focused UX and tight Azure DevOps integration, treating it as a third team alongside development and operations. Teams use Aikido's 'refined' false-positive filtering and AI AutoFix to triage and remediate findings, and ran a pentest through Aikido that reused its scan data.

In just 45 minutes of internal training, we were able to onboard more than 150 developers.
