The challenge

SharinPix set out to extend Salesforce so field workers in construction, service, and engineering could upload and integrate smartphone photographs directly into their workflows. Salesforce was not originally designed to support diverse image formats and high-volume image handling.

The solution

SharinPix implemented Cloudinary's Programmable Media as its core media layer to manage formats including JPEG, TIFF, SVG, ProRAW, and WebP, and to automate image transformations, resizing, and Salesforce synchronization.
