The challenge

After reopening following COVID-19, Yu-Ai Kai Senior Center needed to reassess its programming and gather data on current participants to understand community needs and attract younger and male seniors.

The solution

Partnering with Listen4Good, Yu-Ai Kai implemented SurveyMonkey member surveys to collect Net Promoter Score and demographic insights, analyzing and filtering results by age, gender, and zip code to identify improvement opportunities and guide strategic decisions.

SurveyMonkey was invaluable in terms of being able to take the raw data from hundreds of survey responses and consolidate and summarize it for our staff members and our board members to easily understand.
