The challenge

Swiggy, born in AWS in 2014, scaled rapidly and had zero visibility into 10,000+ containers across its production clusters. Previous security tools generated 5,000+ vulnerability alerts without context or prioritization, and there was no streamlined detection or response process. Teams could open network ports and expose data without centralized guardrails.

The solution

Swiggy adopted the Orca Cloud Security Platform, which automatically discovered running services, mapped network exposure, and categorized vulnerabilities into P0, P1, and P2 based on exploitability. When Swiggy needed ARM architecture support for its AWS Graviton migration, Orca's development team built the capability for its requirements.

Today, I can't imagine running Swiggy without Orca. With Orca, I now have a detailed understanding of our risk exposure.

The results, in context

With Orca, Swiggy gained complete infrastructure visibility and risk-based vulnerability prioritization across its 10,000+ containers. Structured processes established a 24-48 hour vulnerability detection and notification SLA, replacing reactive triage of 5,000+ uncontextualized alerts with a prioritized, exploitability-driven workflow.
