Key results
The challenge
Stobag, a Swiss manufacturer of sun and weather protection products with around 800 employees, ran a print-first business with product information fragmented across a web CMS, InDesign files, spreadsheets and an on-premise PIM. The silos caused duplication and bottlenecks that slowed digital transformation.
The solution
Stobag consolidated content in Hygraph, selecting it for its GraphQL API and using union types, UI extensions and scheduled publishing to model and deliver modular content across B2B and B2C channels.
The results, in context
Following the shift to digital, Stobag's online revenue grew from 15% of its business share in 2018 to 70%, with the platform hosting over 30K content entries and serving more than 1M external API requests per month.
