Case Study: Floward ran 200+ experiments and drove double-digit revenue growth
Key results
The challenge
Floward, a MENA and UK flowers-and-gifting retailer operating in nine countries, found its previous measurement tools felt like a black box and hard to integrate with in-house metrics. The team wanted to target experiments by culture and geography and measure both conversion and revenue.
The solution
In late 2024 Floward migrated to GrowthBook Enterprise, integrating directly with its AWS Redshift warehouse to run experiments inside its own data pipeline across web, iOS, and Android.
“Our previous measurement tools felt like a black box and it was difficult for us to integrate our own in-house metrics. GrowthBook has enabled us to become a lot more data-driven in how we make decisions.”

The results, in context
Within nine months Floward launched 200+ live experiments across three platforms and cut experiment setup time from 3 days to 30 minutes, helping drive double-digit YoY sales revenue growth. A Kuwait homepage merchandising test lifted order conversion 8% and revenue 4%, while a Qatar high-margin test produced a 6% revenue lift with no conversion change.
