The challenge

NTUC LearningHub set out to make learning accessible to Singaporean workers across many industry sectors and backgrounds, and needed to scale rapidly during a period of workforce transformation.

The solution

NTUC LearningHub partnered with Go1 to offer a broad library that workers could independently access, track and complete, launching an online learning hub open to self-registration.

The results, in context

In just under two months, 85,000 workers self-registered. An initial launch target of 7,500 users was achieved within a week. Over 20 million minutes of learning were completed in the period, equating to almost four hours per registered user.
